OneOneFour Productions Support: Integrated Leadership; NVE brought on OneOneFour Productions as a partner for an executive level producer to manage the overall production, including AV (technical needs for both the show, DJ set, and artist needs), timeline and budget management, resourcing all suppliers, fabrication, venue mgmt, labor and union regs.

Project Scope : To find and secure a classic music venue in NYC for a NewFront experience that is minimal show and maximum concert and DJ set afterparty. From venue research to contracting, curating and managing the attendee journey, development of signage and graphics, content organization and ingestion, ROS, full show crew, catering, artist mgmt and movements, stage layout, AV and technical needs, design and execution for all builds.

Summary: We created a three in one experience for Vevo’s trusted business partners and invited guests. We opened with a show portion that was only 15 mins, something unheard of in the NewFront world. Vevo wanted to hit the highlights and show their reach, then give everyone a night to remember. As soon as the show ended, we brought on Kane Brown to perform. After the concert wrapped we invited guests to the downstairs bar for a DJ set and afterparty. The intention was the “non-NewFront” and the goal was accomplished.
