Jesse Neal founded OneOneFour Productions as the natural progression of a 15-year journey in production. His foundation was built in the trenches—starting as a Production Assistant and navigating every tier to eventually lead global programs as an Executive Producer and Director of Production. With experience managing complex productions across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, Jesse developed a unique DNA for high-stakes execution on a worldwide scale.

OneOneFour Productions was established in 2024 to offer a specialized kind of partnership centered on agility, targeted support, and bespoke execution. We are intentionally structured to be nimble, providing flexible options that integrate seamlessly with existing brand teams or agency partners.

While OneOneFour is in its third year of operation, the expertise fueling it is fifteen years in the making.
